Definitions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the If You Review platform, through which you, the Seller, can offer items and vouchers for services at discounted rates to customers (“Customers”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You Review means [If You Review Ltd], a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Coles Grove, Chandlers Road, Meopham, Kent, DA13 0DB and company registration number 15396167.

Use of the If You Review Platform
As a Seller on the If You Review platform, you are permitted to list items and vouchers for services, provided these are offered at a discounted rate to our customers.
To access and maintain your Seller status on the If You Review platform, you must ensure all discounts are accurately represented and comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
The If You Review platform operates on a review-based system. Customers are required to leave a review on the Seller’s Google or Trustpilot profiles to continue using the platform and access exclusive discounts.
Customer Reviews
Customer engagement through reviews is a fundamental part of the If You Review experience. Sellers acknowledge that while If You Review encourages Customers to leave reviews, it cannot guarantee that a review will be received for every transaction.
Any Customer who does not comply with the requirement to leave a review will be suspended from the If You Review platform until such time as they fulfil this obligation.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on the If You Review platform, including but not limited to product descriptions, prices, and discount rates, is accurate, complete, and complies with all relevant laws.
Sellers agree to fulfil all purchases made by Customers through the If You Review platform promptly and in accordance with the terms advertised.
Sellers must handle any customer service inquiries, returns, and disputes directly and in a manner that upholds the reputation of both the Seller and the If You Review platform.
Intellectual Property
Sellers grant If You Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and distribute their listings and related content on the If You Review platform and in related marketing materials.
Termination
If You Review reserves the right to terminate a Seller’s access to the platform for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to failure to comply with the review-based system or providing inaccurate information about discounts.
Limitation of Liability
If You Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not If You Review has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which If You Review operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and If You Review regarding the platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements, we might have had between us regarding the platform.
If You Review reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Terms of Sale Vouchers for Sellers
These Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are aimed at Sellers using the If You Review platform to offer vouchers (“Vouchers”) for their goods and services at discounted rates. By participating as a Seller on If You Review, you agree to abide by these Terms, which govern the issuance, sale, and redemption of Vouchers on the platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Voucher” means an instrument, in physical or electronic form, entitling the holder (the “Voucher Holder”) to receive goods or services from the Seller under the terms specified on the Voucher and within the Redemption Period outlined.
1.2 “Seller goods” are the products and/or services offered by the Seller to the Voucher Holder, as described on the If You Review platform and the Voucher itself.
1.3 “Seller” refers to you, the third-party entity offering goods and/or services through the If You Review platform. The contractual relationship for the supply of these goods or services is directly between you (the Seller) and the Voucher Holder.

2. Voucher Issuance and Sale
2.1 Sellers must ensure they have the legal right and authority to issue Vouchers for their goods or services and to engage in sales through the If You Review platform.
2.2 Sellers are responsible for setting the terms of the Voucher, including any limitations, expiration dates, and redemption instructions, ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Voucher Redemption
3.1 Sellers agree to honour the Voucher according to its terms, including the redemption period and conditions specified.
3.2 Sellers must provide the goods or services specified on the Voucher to the Voucher Holder upon redemption, ensuring quality and satisfaction in line with the descriptions provided on the If You Review platform.
4. Seller Responsibilities
4.1 Sellers must not engage in or facilitate the unauthorised trade or reproduction of Vouchers. Vouchers are intended for the personal, non-commercial use of the Voucher Holder.
4.2 Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security of Vouchers they issue and must not hold If You Review liable for lost or stolen Vouchers or for unauthorised use of Voucher information.
4.3 Sellers must conduct their operations in compliance with the law and these Terms, ensuring all transactions and interactions with Voucher Holders are conducted ethically and legally.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes
5.1 Sellers acknowledge that Voucher Holders have a statutory right to cancel their Voucher purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, with certain limitations as outlined in these Terms.
5.2 In case of a Voucher redemption dispute or if the Seller goods are not provided as specified, the Voucher Holder is directed to resolve the issue directly with the Seller. If You Review may assist in dispute resolution upon request but is not responsible for the provision or quality of Seller goods.
5.3 Sellers agree to process refunds directly to the Voucher Holder in accordance with these Terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements.
6. Seller Liability and Standards
6.1 Sellers are solely responsible for the sale, supply, and quality of their goods and services provided to the Voucher Holder.
6.2 Sellers must ensure their offerings and business practices meet the standards of service and fairness expected by If You Review and its customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 While If You Review facilitates the sale and distribution of Vouchers, it is not liable for the actions, products, or services of Sellers, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
7.2 If You Review’s liability to Sellers is limited as outlined in these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
